Mera Astro shall process the refund requests only into the respective user’s wallet and not into the bank account of the user. All sales made on any Mera Astro platform shall be considered to be final.
When you request a refund, please be informed that you agree to provide Mera Astro, the permission to access the recording of the consultation for which the refund has been requested. This is to verify and determine whether the refund request is genuine and eligible for a refund. Mera Astro’s decision on processing the refund rests on the sole discretion of the team and will be final in nature. Mera Astro will provide refund to users in their Mera Astro Wallet in case of genuine complaints over services or products.
Refunds into the Mera Astro Wallet will only be entertained in the following cases:
(a) If and when there is disturbance over the call due to weak signal strength, background noise on the end of the Astrologer, Astrologer is inaudible, etc.
(b) Astrologer is unable to answer fluently in the language mentioned on his/her profile & the message is not clearly conveyed.
(c) Partner Astrologer is found to take an enormous amount of time to respond to the user’s query. The reasonability of the response time will be determined by the Mera Astro team.
(d) Astrologer is found to provide an irrelevant or inappropriate response to the query posed by the user.
All refund requests have to be placed within 24 hours of consultation. No refund requests will be entertained for lack of accuracy of any consultation. As Mera Astro is a consultation platform, we shall take no responsibility for factual accuracy of any consultation.
